When you subscribe to Landgate, your application will be processed as outlined below.

1. Once your enquiry has been received by our Online Services Support team, an Access Request form will be sent to you.  If you do not have an existing account with Landgate, we will also send you an Account Application form.
2. When we receive your completed form/s we will begin processing your application.
3. Your User ID will be created, and if required an account will be set up for you.
4. Once your details are confirmed you will then be contacted by email with your User ID and logon instructions.

Please allow approximately 10 working days for your application to be processed.
