As the demand for property in Western Australia continues at unprecedented levels, Landgate provides professional services for conveyancers in one central online location.

Electronic Advice of Sale 2 (EAS2) is a joint initiative of the Office of State Revenue, the Water Corporation of Western Australia and Landgate.  EAS2 provides Conveyancers with Internet access to information from these three agencies and participating Local Governments, allowing them to submit a single online request to obtain information for a settlement of land.

The Region Scheme Certificate System (RSCS) enables region scheme certificates to be requested and received electronically, and is the outcome of a cross-government initiative involving DLI and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure.

easiforms, a new online service in Landgate, allows conveyancers, financial institutions and property professionals to create Discharge of Mortgage, Transfer of Land and Mortgage documents online.  easiforms automatically prepopulates data fields, keeping data entry to a minimum and reducing the chance of error.
